Dorothy M. Neufer, 78, of Heberling Road, Muncy, died Friday, Sept. 21, 2012, at the Gatehouse Hospice Center, Williamsport.
Born March 16, 1934, in Clearfield County, she was the daughter of Kyle and Margaret (Walker) Graham. In 1998 she married Henry J. Neufer, who survives.
Dorothy was a graduate of Clearfield High School. She previously worked for the former GTE Sylvania in Montoursville and the former Carey-McFall's. Dorothy was a member of the Roland Ritter American Legion Post 268 Ladies Auxiliary in Muncy.
Surviving in addition to her husband of 14 years, are three sons, Peter Gehr and George Gehr, both of Hughesville, and Robert Gehr of Warren; one daughter, Sandra Smith of Williamsport; two stepdaughters, Linda Phillips of Muncy and Patty Gehr of Nisbet; one brother, Donald Graham of Virginia Beach, Va.; five grandchildren; two stepgrandchildren and six stepgreat-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her first husband, Sidney Gehr and a daughter, Karen Buck.
In keeping with her wishes, there will be no visitation and no funeral service. The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Gatehouse (make check payable to Susquehanna Health Foundation and mail to 1001 Grampian Blvd., Williamsport, PA 17701).
