Elizabeth Marie Douglass, 38, of 920 Sixth Ave., has been charged by city police with misdemeanor shoplifting after she was caught allegedly trying to steal $342 worth of merchandise from Kohl's, 251 William St., on July 16. She has been sent a summons to appear before District Judge Allen P. Page III.
