Donald Hadley

Donald Hadley, 67, of Blossburg, Pa., passed away at home on Sept. 22, 2012.

Born on April 4, 1945, in Blossburg, Donald James was a son of the late James and Bessie (Hall) Hadley. After graduating in 1963 from Blossburg High School, Donnie served our country during the Vietnam War with the U.S. Army.

Surviving are his wife of 42 years, Susan; two sons, Robert (Jennifer) Hadley of Centre Hall, Pa., and Ryan Hadley of Blossburg; a granddaughter, Ella; a sister, Sharon (Robert) Bolt of Mansfield; several nieces, nephews, cousins and good friend, Keith Lindie of Blossburg.

He was predeceased a brother, Dale and his beloved dog, Panda.

Calling hours will be 5:30 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 26, at Zwicharowski Funeral Home, 314 Granger St., Blossburg, followed by a memorial service at 7 p.m. with Rev. John Shypulefski officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials in Donnie's name may be made to Blossburg's Fire and Ambulance Assoc., P.O. Box 2, Blossburg, PA 16912, for Jaws of Life equipment.
