Judges in Lycoming County recently sentenced 29 people in county court.
Three people were sentenced to state prison. They were:
John J. Carter, 23, Philadelphia, 18 months for possession with intent to deliver.
William J. Seese, 34, 2518 Dove St., five to 12 years for involuntary deviate sexual intercourse.
Vincent O. Snyder, 29, 306 W. Village Drive, South Williamsport, 27 months to six years, four years probation for aggravated assault with DUI.
Three people were sentenced to county prison. They were:
Joshua G. Hicks, 23, 214 Hemlock Hill Road, five days, $300, 50 hours community service for DUI.
Megan Mowery, 24, Mifflinburg, 72 hours, $1,000, 50 hours community service for DUI.
Timothy E. James, 42, 516 W. Edwin St., 33 days, 50 hours community service for DUI and driving under suspension.
Four people were sentenced to intermediate punishment. They were:
Dennis A. Schlegel, 45, Slatington, 18 months, 140 days Lycoming County Prison/Pre-Release Center, 100 hours community service for DUI, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Christopher Elliott, 25, Lycoming County Prison, 36 months, 30 days LCP/PRC, credit for time served, 50 hours community service for stalking.
Bryan T. Poust, 25, 1013 Meade St., six months, 13 days LCP/PRC, 50 hours community service for simple assault.
Scott E. Anderson, 39, 1631 Scott St., 11 months to three years, credit for time served, 50 hours community service for theft from a motor vehicle.
Seven people were sentenced to probation. They were:
Alfred L. Rishel, 37, 2673 Rauchtown Road, Jersey Shore, 36 months, 50 hours community service for receiving stolen property and criminal mischief.
Richard R. Munro, 37, 290 Nippenose Road, Apt. 2, Jersey Shore, 12 months 50 hours community service for disorderly conduct.
William J. Mundell, 45, 30 Catherine Drive, 24 months, 50 hours community service for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a small amount of marijuana.
Adam J. Rich, 25, Unityville, six months, $300 for DUI.
Kirk R. Kauffman, 55, Bloomsburg, 24 months, 50 hours community service for theft by unlawful taking.
Lindsay M. Davis, 28, 830 Race St., 36 months, 75 hours community service for retail theft and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Heather A. Cohick, 22, 1558 Scott St., 12 months for retail theft.
Stephanie Diane Jolin, 46, Glen Burnie, Md., seven years, 100 hours community service for access device fraud, attempted theft by deception and tampering with records.
Nine people were approved for Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition. They were:

Duncan Maitland, 22, 167 Heiner Lane, Jersey Shore, for DUI.
Michael Ross, 26, 2405 W. Fourth St., for DUI.
Michelle D. Flick, 24, 1201 Weldon St., Montoursville, for DUI.
Kay Young, 60, 4226 Route 973, for DUI.
Michael W. Marcusky, 51, 900 Spook Hollow Road, Cogan Station, for DUI.
John Hamm, 36, 126 N. Broad St., Jersey Shore, for DUI.
Joshua F. Rogers, 30, 1047 Brady St., Jersey Shore, for medical fraud, theft by deception and forgery.
One person was sentenced for electronic monitoring. He was:
Corey A. Stewart, 25, 278 Main St., Salladasburg, 60 days to six months, 50 hours community service, $750 for DUI.
Two people were approved for probation without verdict. They were:
Daniel R. Cardennis, 22, Watsontown, 12 months, 75 hours community service for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a small amount of marijuana.
Osaze Afe, 19, 1210 College Ave, six months for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a small amount of marijuana.
