HUGHESVILLE - A Muncy area man faces charges for allegedly pointing a handgun at two people in the dining room at Big Dogz Sports Bar and Restaurant on Route 220 about 12:10 a.m. Saturday, state police said.
Wesley Allen Lapp, 45, of 1635 Route 442, is accused of pointing the weapon at Angela Carey and William Barto, police said. Lapp also allegedly struck the woman in the face, police said.
Following his arraignment before District Judge James Carn on charges of simple assault and harassment, Lapp was committed to the Lycoming Prison in lieu of $10,000 bail.
