Clifford D. Spaulding, 76, of Wellsboro, died on Monday, Sept. 24, 2012. A viewing will be held on Thursday, Sept. 27, from 2 to 3 p.m. at the Carleton Funeral Home, Inc., Wellsboro. Funeral services will follow at 3 p.m. with the Rev. Darwin "Tink" Cranmer officiating. Interment will be in the Hammond Cemetery.
