Paul Joseph Dehaas Sr., 80, of 1700 Riverside Drive, South Williamsport, has been charged with misdemeanor shoplifting after he was caught allegedly trying to steal $67 worth of merchandise at Kmart on East Third Street in Loyalsock Township on June 9, state police said. It is his second offense. He has been sent a summons to appear before District Judge Gary A. Whiteman.
