WELLSBORO - President Judge Robert E. Dalton Jr. sentenced 13 people in Tioga County Court. Two people were sentenced to state prison. They were:
Joseph E. Perlebach, 37, of Pittsburgh, one-two years for simple assault, 90 days probation for harassment, 90 days probation for disorderly conduct, 90 days probation for public drunkenness, with the last three counts to run concurrently with each other, $788 restitution.
Brandon L. Clark, 29, of 1342 Doan Road, Knoxville, one-two years for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, credit 126 days time served; six-12 months for theft to run concurrently with the first count. Clark also was sentenced to one-two years for simple assault, to run consecutively to the previous counts, and make payment of $11,387 restitution to Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.
Three people were sentenced to Tioga County Prison. They were:
Michael L. Payne, 38, of Marietta, Okla., 30 days to six months, credit 26 days time served, $750 for DUI.
Christopher S. Cummings, 29, of 6394 Route 328, Millerton, five years supervision, 90 days in county jail, last 30 days on electronic monitoring, probation for DUI.
Desirae D. Lowe, 19, of 37 Church St., Sabinsville, six months supervision, 72 hours in county jail, probation, $1,000 for DUI as a minor.
Five people were sentenced to probation. They were:
Timothy S. Bowers, 19, of 21 Austin St., 36 months for manufacturing with intent to manufacture a controlled substance, fined $200, $80 restitution to Wellsboro police, and 12 months probation for reckless endangerment to run concurrently with first sentence.
Joshua Passeri, 21, of 957 S. Main St., Lot 26, Mansfield, 18 months for furnishing alcohol to minors.
Jeffrey L. Simmons Jr., 26, of 7621 Route 249, Westfield, 15 months for reckless endangerment, simple assault and harassment.
Nicholas Castellano, 19, of Brick, N.J., 12 months for possession of drug paraphernalia, underage drinking and disorderly conduct.
Thomas Seymour, 21, of 483 Seymour Hill Road, Mansfield, 12 months for criminal mischief damaging property.
Three people were approved for Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition. They were:
Justin Robinson, 34, of 424 Bruce Road, Cogan Station, for DUI.
Jessica M. Shaver, 20, of Liverpool, N.Y., for DUI.
Marcia A. Grapevine, 29, of Corning, N.Y., $300 for DUI.
