Donald Eugene "Doc" Shelley, DDS, 89, formerly of Jersey Shore and a guest the past three years at ManorCare North, passed away Tuesday evening at the Gatehouse in Williamsport. His full arrangements will be published Friday by Maneval Funeral Home, "A Life Celebration Home," of Williamsport.
