Mr. William C. Dincher wrote a letter addressing the falsehoods he finds in other letter about voter fraud. He too misleads in his letter.
First is the case of Viviette Applewhite. It was not her first time at PennDOT to procure a photo ID from them. She was given a temporary one. She still does not have the required documentation necessary to obtain a photo ID. Ms. Applewhite comes in with a reporter and photographer and interviews are conducted and the person who issued the ID after many failed attempts and no new documentation doesn't recognize anything out of the ordinary.
It is harder to register for kindergarten than it is to vote. Local school boards set the requirements on what is needed to enroll your child in kindergarten. The state with a very heavy handed partisan legislature is setting the requirements of proof to obtain photo ID in order to vote.
The 1990's fraud was about the overstuffing of the vote count with absentee ballots, something that is not covered under the new photo ID laws in many states.
I find it interesting that Mr. Dincher says that a Constitutional right, like voting, is not an absolute right.
Mr. Dincher admits that there are limited resources in play to get the people who need a photo ID to vote, so the question is why the rush?
Why not prove it unless fraud is the objective? How about proving that voter impersonation is the leading cause of voter fraud, which is all the photo ID laws prevents.
