In a recent preliminary hearing, Michael P. Allison, 26, of 344 Campbell St., was held for court on all city police charges except aggravated assault, which was withdrawn, according to court records.
Allison will face further court action on charges of terroristic threats, recklessly endangering, simple assault and carrying a firearm without a license.
The charges stem from Allison, allegedly pointing a loaded handgun at Allen Bennett and threatening to shoot him in the 300 block of Campbell Street about 3:20 a.m. on Sept. 2. He is free on $15,000 bail.
