Judges in Lycoming County recently sentenced 21 people in county court.
One person was sentenced to state prison. He was:
Steven M. Williams, 35, Lock Haven, 16 to 32 months for criminal trespass, fleeing and eluding, resisting arrest and driving under suspension.
Two people were sentenced to county prison. They were:
Eli McCutchen, 22, Philadelphia, seven to 14 months for theft by unlawful taking.
David E. Geiger, 27, Seabright, N.J., six to 24 months minus one day, credit for time served, 50 hours community service for criminal trespass and terroristic threats.
Seven people were sentenced to intermediate punishment. They were:
Cassandra Wilbur, 24, Canton, 12 months, 30 days in Lycoming County Prison/Pre-Release Center, credit for time served, 50 hours community service for possession of controlled a substance.
Walter Shaw, 25, 1229 Lower Bodines Road, Trout Run, 48 months, nine months in Lycoming County Prison/Pre-Release Center, 200 hours community service for burglary and criminal trespass.
Colby J. Harris, Lycoming County Prison, 20, 24 months, 14 days in Lycoming County Prison/Pre-Release Center for criminal conspiracy and criminal attempt theft from a motor vehicle.
Kevin D. Lund, 23, 1406 Memorial Ave., 36 months, 90 days in Lycoming County Prison/Pre-Release Center, $1,000, 50 hours community service for fleeing and eluding and driving under suspension.
Connie L. Graham, 42, Wellsboro, six months, $500, 24 hours community service for DUI and driving under suspension.
Donna R. Ward, 51, 3107 Rauchtown Road, Jersey Shore, six months, $300, 24 hours community service for DUI.
Nacole M. Moon, 26, 73 Snyder St., Salladasburg, 12 months, 50 hours community service for possession of drug paraphernalia.
Ten people were sentenced to probation. They were:
Maranda Jacobs, 22, 540 Broadway St., Hughesville, six months, 24 hours community service for possession of drug paraphernalia.
Jacqueline Brookens, 38, 12 months, 75 hours community service for possession of a controlled substance.
Daphierre B. Grayes, 23, 825 Park Ave., 18 months, 75 hours community service for forgery.
Joshua L. Heverly, 25, 1635 Route 442, Lot B14, Muncy, 12 months, 50 hours community service for reckless endangerment.
Megan L. Gilroy, 27, Sunbury, 12 months, 50 hours community service for possession of drug paraphernalia.
Kyle L. Crain, 24, 20 Nez Perce Road, 24 months, 50 hours community service for theft from a motor vehicle.
Ralph C. Green, 18, 334 Campbell St., 12 months, 150 hours community service for possession of a controlled substance and possession of a small amount of marijuana.
Thomas R. Castle, 24, Roaring Branch, six months, 50 hours community service for possession of drug paraphernalia.
Knowledge D. Frierson, 19, 419 Locust St., 36 months, 75 hours community service for theft by unlawful taking.
Frankie L. Vogel, 21, Mill Hall, 12 months, 50 hours community service for retail theft.
One person was ordered to pay a fine. She was:
Sheena Eiswerth, 27, 1710 Memorial Ave., $500 for retail theft.
