The Lycoming County Library System will offer a half-price sale from Oct. 1 to 31.
Library users have an opportunity to pay off their library fees at 50 percent off.
Lycoming County Libraries include Hughesville Public Library, Konkle Memorial Library in Montoursville, James V. Brown Library, Jersey Shore Public Library, Montgomery Area Public Library and Muncy Public Library.
"This is truly a win-win situation for everyone," said Laura Dow, circulation manager at James V. Brown Library.
The library offer access to thousands of books, ebooks, DVDs and music CDs, along with extensive programming schedule including author visits, movie showings, storytimes, game nights and more.
