Rhonda S. Smith, 63, of Williamsport, passed away Friday, Sept. 28, 2012 at Williamsport Regional Medical Center.
She was born Feb. 11, 1949, in Marianna, Fla., the daughter of Ivan and Florence Frost Stephens.
Rhonda is survived by her husband Steven Smith with whom she shared 10 years of marriage.

She was a graduate of the George C. Wallace Community College in Dothan, Ala.
Rhonda was a registered nurse with Divine Providence Hospital Mental Health.
Besides her husband, Steve, are four daughters, Kerry Peete of Lewisburg, Tenn., Leagh-Anne Lottridge of Madison, Wis., Michele Rider of Liverpool and Diane Franzen of South Williamsport; a son, Kevin Smith of Elizabethtown; eight grandchildren, Lainie, Madison, Brennan, Ashley, Elizabeth, Logan, David and Erik; special niece, Stephanie and nephews, Matthew and Zachary.
She was predeceased by a sister, Debra.
In keeping with Rhonda's wishes, there will be no visitation or services. Interment will be private.

Arrangements are being handled by the James C. Maneval Funeral Home, Ltd., "A Life Celebration Home," 500 W. Fourth St., Williamsport.
