He later attended Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, and graduated magna cum laude in 1975. Again, he returned home, and opened his first practice in Renovo. Throughout his career, he had offices in Williamsport, Linden and Jersey Shore. Dr. Lucas loved his practice and patients often became good friends.
Dr. Lucas enjoyed being with his family and among his favorite hobbies were collecting coins, reading, feeding the birds and squirrels, supervising his children's DIY projects and cheering for the Phillies.
