Melvin L. "Butch" Eiswerth, 51, of Williamsport, died suddenly Saturday, Sept. 29, 2012, at his home.
Born March 6, 1961, in Williamsport, he was a son of Judy and Henry Eiswerth.
Butch had worked at Maxum Petroleum. He enjoyed motorcycles, working on cars and watching TV.
Surviving, in addition to his mother, Judy, of South Williamsport, are his loving fiancee of 10 years, Jessica Waltz, with whom he lived; a son, Travis Eiswerth of Hughesville; a granddaughter, Leah Eiswerth; a brother, Henry Eiswerth of Muncy; and a sister, Elizabeth Seebold (Al) of Texas.
A wake for family and friends will be held 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 3, 2012, at Butch and Jessica's home, 713 Tucker St., Williamsport.
