The Loyalsock girls golf team captured its third consecutive District 4 Class AA title on Thursday, shooting a 471 at the Williamsport Country Club to beat Warrior Run and Lewisburg.
Taylor Krout (80) and Taylor Daskivich (86) led the Lancers and finished the opening round first and second overall. Krout and Daskivich will return to the Williamsport Country Club at 10 a.m. on Saturday morning and try to qualify for the regional tournament on Oct. 16th in Fleetwood.
Daskivich and Sierra Aichner, who shot a 118 yesterday, have been a part of all three district titles at Loyalsock.

Allie Hamilton, a soccer player, gave the Lancers a fourth player yesterday and gave Loyalsock an opportunity to compete for the team title.
In boys soccer, Matt Hibbs scored a goal and added an assist as Loyalsock beat Hughesville, 3-0. Tyler Quigley and Michael Pastore each scored a goal, and Louis Comfort made seven saves to preserve the shutout.
Ammar Sabanovic scored twice in the final 10 minutes, including once in the final minute, as Muncy beat St. John Neumann, 4-3.
Cody Schmouder scored three times as Liberty shut out Galeton, 5-0.
Jonathan Nixon and Tristan Wright combined for Bloomsburg's scoring in a 5-2 win over South Williamsport.
Derek Wilkins rushed away from the District 4 golf championships to get to Sullivan County's soccer game against Millville. He made it just in time to score the team's first goal as it hung on for a 1-1 tie. The contest was called in the second overtime due to darkness.
In girls tennis, Montoursville took each match in straight sets to beat Shikellamy, 5-0.
Andi Leach and Buckheit picked up win for Liberty as it downed Galeton, 6-1.
