PENNSDALE - When Rochelle Marie Hurlbutt was nabbed outside Sears at the Lycoming Mall for allegedly fleeing with merchandise on the afternoon of Aug. 26, it turned out the 51-year-old Jersey Shore woman also had on her items that were stolen from two other mall stores, state police said.
Hurlbutt had in her possession a total of $222 worth of merchandise taken from Sears, Bon-Ton and J.C. Penney, police said. Charged with misdemeanor shoplifting, Hurlbutt has been sent a summons to appear before District Judge Jon E. Kemp.
