Judges in Lycoming County recently sentenced 39 people in county court.
Two people were sentenced to state prison. They were:
Warren D. Locke, 56, of Lycoming County Prison, 20 to 40 years, 10 years state probation for rape of a child, indecent assault, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, unlawful contact with a minor, endangering the welfare of a child and corruption of minors.
Keith Cole, 31, of 409 Louisa St., eight days for simple assault.
Two people were sentenced to county prison. They were:
Jamal White, 24, of 618 Pine St., six to 23 1/2 month, 75 hours community service for possession with intent to deliver.
Eric L. Doucet, 25, of 102 N. Main St., first floor, six to 18 months, two years probation, 100 hours community service for fleeing and eluding, recklessly endangering another person and driving under suspension.
Twelve people were sentenced to intermediate punishment. They were:
Gary L. Williams, 55, of 726 Fourth Ave., 18 months, 72 hours Lycoming County Prison/Pre-Release Center, $1,000, 75 hours community service for DUI and accident involving damage.
Timothy D. Fry, 52, of 879 Bartlow Drive, six months, 72 hours Lycoming County Prison/Pre-Release Center, $1,250, 75 hours community service for DUI.
Bernard G. Goliash, 52, of 376 Schoolhouse Road, Montgomery, six months, 33 days Lycoming County Prison/Pre-Release Center, $1,000, 75 hours community service for DUI.
Scott L. Applegate, 51, of 1895 Caldwall Ave., 30 months, 30 days Lycoming County Prison/Pre-Release Center, 75 hours community service for DUI and accident involving damage.
Jeffrey Kaelin, 23, of 658 Krouse Ave., 24 months, 60 days Lycoming County Prison/Pre-Release Center, credit for time served, $500, 100 hours community service for harassment, simple assault and public drunkenness.
Owen W. Moore, 22, of 3650 Dewey Avenue Extension, Lot 7, Cogan Station, six months, 72 hours Lycoming County Prison/Pre-Release Center, $1,000, 50 hours community service for DUI.
Mitchell D. Bradley, 30, of 2245 W. Fourth St., 12 months, 90 days Lycoming County Prison/Pre-Release Center for possession of a controlled substance and possession of a small amount of marijuana.
Danielle Ramos, 38, of Douglasville, six months, 72 hours Lycoming County Prison/Pre-Release Center, $1,500, 50 hours community service for DUI.
Joseph Barber, 40, of Brockway, 30 days, $750, 50 hours community service for DUI.
Susan L. Seely, 49, of 815 W. Fourth St., 24 months, 44 days Lycoming County Prison/Pre-Release Center, credit for time served for retail theft.
Deondre Smith, 24, of 955 Market St., 12 months, 14 days Lycoming County Prison/Pre-Release Center, 50 hours community service for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
