Robert H. Weaver, 77, of 16 E. Central Ave., Avis, Pa., died Oct. 6, 2012, at The Gatehouse, after a long courageous battle with lung cancer.
Born May 14, 1935 in Indianapolis, Ind., he was the son of James L. and Bessie A. (Srugham) Weaver. He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Judy E. (Terry) Weaver. He is also survived by three children: a son, Jerry T. at home, and two daughters, Bessie Schaeffer of Williamsport and also Roberta E. Moore of Linden; also four grandchildren, Ross, Robert, Madison and John.
A private family ceremony will be held. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Wayne P. Urbine Funeral Home, Jersey Shore, Pa.
