Jeffrey Scott Peters, 49, fiance of Lois M. Wilson, of 460 South Mill St., Loganton, passed away at home on Monday, Oct. 8, 2012.
Born in Loganton, Pa., on March 14, 1963, he was the son of Clarence E. and Caroline P. (Heckel) Peters of Loganton.
Along with his parents and fiancee, he is survived by a brother, Andrew W. Peters of Loganton; two sisters, Tammy L. Peters fiancee of Kenneth L. Bliss of Trout Run and Kimberly A. Morse (Russell) of Burleson, Texas; two nephews, Adam E. Snook (Jennifer) of Aston, Pa., and Nathan E. Snook (Karey) of Avis; and a niece, Athena L. Snook of McElhattan; a great-nephew, Derek Snook; and two great-nieces, Isabella Snook and Madison Snook.

He was a 1982 graduate of Sugar Valley High School, Loganton, Pa.
Jeffrey worked as an autobody mechanic and in construction. He enjoyed dirt bike riding and was a member of the Dirty Dabbers Trials Bike Club. He also enjoyed racing cars, camping, his dogs, helping his friends and family and spending time with his fiancee Lois.
He was a good person, a little mischievous sometimes but basically good, and will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
The funeral will be held in the Wayne P. Urbine Funeral Home, Inc., 95 E. Main St., Loganton, Pa., on Saturday, Oct. 13, 2012, at 3 p.m. with Pastor Dan Reed officiating. A visitation will be held in the funeral home on Saturday from 1 to 3 p.m. Private interment will be held at the convenience of the family.
