In separate cases, city police withdrew charges against two men, according to court records filed at the office of District Judge James Carn.
Police dropped charges against Samuel Allen McHenry, 31, of 648 Route 15, South Williamsport, accused of allegedly molesting two children in the city after the main alleged victim in the case declined to testify, police said.
In the other case, all charges were withdrawn against Joseph Michael Durren, 48, of 627 Campbell St., after the alleged victim in the case, Chad Holly, failed to appear for Durren's preliminary hearing. Durren had been charged with robbery, theft and receiving stolen property.
