LAIRDSVILLE - A Penn Township man was jailed following a domestic disturbance in which he allegedly fired a gun, scaring his daughter and grandson, according to state police.
Byron Eugene Hall, 51, of 1301 Stoney Batter Road, was charged with recklessly endangering, simple assault, resisting arrest and endangering the welfare of a child following the incident which occurred outside his home about 12:40 a.m. on Sept. 24.
Following his arraignment before District Judge Allen P. Page III hours later, Hall was committed to the Lycoming County Prison in lieu of $10,000 bail.
