Announcement has been made of the engagement of Jennifer Vest and Andrew Earnest, both of Bloomsburg.
A February 9 wedding at First Presbyterian Church, Bloomsburg, is being planned.
Vest is the daughter of Kellie and Roger Starr, Orangeville. She graduated from Millville High School in 1995 and received a bachelor's degree in business education from Bloomsburg University in 2002, where she also is pursuing a master's degree in curriculum and instruction. She is employed by Warrior Run High School, Turbotville, as a business teacher.
