Announcement has been made of the engagement of Emily F. Engel and Andrew L. Vail.
A June 15 wedding in Montdale is being planned.
Engel is the daughter of Brenda Engel, Williamsport, and the late Harry Engel. She graduated from Central Mountain High School, Mill Hall, in 2001. She is employed by Bassett Engineering Inc., Montoursville.

Vail is the son of Patricia and Robert Vail Jr., Montdale. He graduated from Lakeland High School, Scott Township, in 1998 and received a bachelor's degree in communications from Lock Haven University in 2002. He is employed by Minuteman Environmental Service, Milton.
