One person was sentenced to state prison. He was:

Fifteen people were sentenced to intermediate punishment. They were:

Cathy Renee Burrows, 45, 145 Smith Court Circle, Linden, 12 months, $1,000, 60 days LCP/PRC, 50 hours community service for DUI.
Adam J. Phillips, 25, 160 Sunset Road, Muncy, five years, 90 days LCP/PRC, $1,600, credit for time served, 50 hours community service for DUI and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Tanisha R. Rivers, 29, 609 Maple St., six months, 72 hours LCP/PRC, $1,000, 50 hours community service for DUI.
Jeffrey Miller, 27, 4493 Northway Road, six months, 48 hours LCP/PRC, $500, 50 hours community service for DUI.
Antoinette Gehr, 43, Northumberland, 12 months, 32 days LCP/PRC, $1,000, 50 hours community service for DUI.
Clarence E. Collins, 31, 2501 W. Fourth St., six months, 72 hours LCP/PRC, $200, 50 hours community service for DUI and driving under suspension.
Stanley O. Kepler, 39, Trout Run, six months, 30 days LCP/PRC, $1,200, 50 hours community service for DUI and driving under suspension.

Gregory S. Smith, 50, 280 Kenneth Ave., six months, 72 hours LCP/PRC, $1,500, 50 hours community service for DUI.
David A. Kinney, 48, 2621 Grand St., six months, 21 days LCP/PRC, $500, 50 hours community service for DUI.
Paula Taylor, 46, 2218 Royal Ave., six months, 100 days LCP/PRC, $500 for DUI and driving under suspension.
Four people were sentenced to probation. They were:
Darren Sunderland, 20, 5386 Jacks Hollow Road, six months for corruption of minors, possession of drug paraphernalia and a small amount of marijuana.
Charles L. Bechdel, 29, Beech Creek, 12 months, 50 hours community service for possession of drug paraphernalia.
Charles D. Pittenger, 41, 307 Loudenslager Road, six months, $250, 25 hours community service for possession of drug paraphernalia.
Paul M. Temple, 23, 1551 Green Hollow Road, Montoursville, 30 months, $15,000, 50 hours community services for unlawful killing or taking of big game.
Three people were approved for Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition. They were:
Dennis K. Green, 52, 77 Sandra Lee Drive, Linden, for DUI.
Alexander J. Dischner, 22, 1180 Route 973, Cogan Station, for DUI.
Brian M. Bricker, 32, Watsontown, for DUI.
One person was approved for probation without verdict. He was:
Joshua R. Moore, 24, Jersey Shore, 12 months for possession of a small amount of marijuana.
