Updated and faster CU website launches today

October 16, 2012
Williamsport Sun-Gazette

A positive change is coming to the Sun-Gazette website starting today.

Thanks to a new software, the CU photo website will become faster and much more user friendly.

Social media has changed the way photos are shared and who views them, so the new site will be staff driven rather than featuring photos from the public. Once the site is live, the photos on the old YOU CU side will be gone.

With the new platform, the staff will upload photos faster and the public will have a much easier search option while looking for photos, or exploring the site.

The web address hasn't changed. It still is cu.sungazette.com, but the user will see the site's look is a little different. It will look much like the Sun-Gazette's main website and will follow a similar format.

At this time, the public is encouraged to place all orders on their own. In-house orders are not being accepted at this time.

Any questions on the site can be answered by emailing jwelshans@sungazette.com or calling the Sun-Gazette office at 326-1551.
