Keesha Danielle Smith, 27, of 325 High St., has been charged with felony shoplifting she was caught allegedly trying to steal $36 worth of merchandise from the Family Dollar, 328 Memorial Ave., on Oct. 6.
Following her arraignment that night before District Judge Allen P. Page III, Smith, who has two prior shoplifting convictions, was committed to the Lycoming County Prison in lieu of $5,000 bail.
