Eight people have been charged by area police with various drug offenses. Those charged and the police departments involved were:
Aliek Quasim Carr, 21, of Philadelphia; Montoursville police; possession with intent to deliver 43 bags of heroin in the 100 block of Lycoming Mall Circle in Muncy Township about 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday; jailed in lieu of $250,000 bail; Montoursville police handled the incident since Muncy Township police were tied up on another incident.
Richard Allen Johnson Jr., 29, of 820 Diggan Road, Muncy; state police; total 23 drug counts, including being part of a corrupt organization for his alleged involvement in Khalil Fulks' local cocaine-distribution network between April and mid-August; jailed last week in lieu of $225,000 bail.
Shane Christopher Fuller, 25, of 330 Valley St., DuBoistown; state police; possession with intent to deliver heroin and related offenses, as well as intimidation and retaliation of a witness; allegedly sold $200 worth of heroin to a confidential informant at Washington Boulevard and Ward Street in the city on Sept. 27; police allege he intimidated the informant; jailed last week in lieu of $20,000 bail.
Lycoming County Prison inmate Ataa Coleman, 23, of 1245 Freed Place; city police; possession with intent to deliver controlled substances and related offenses for allegedly delivering 10 bags of heroin to a confidential informant in the first block of Maynard Street on April 14; jailed in lieu of an additional $35,000 bail following his arraignment on Oct. 10.
Lycoming County Prison inmate Michael Tyrone Wills, 24, of 921 Clark St.; city police; possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance for allegedly selling 10 bags of heroin to a confidential informant on Jan. 17 and again on Feb. 15 in the first block of Fifth Street and the 900 block of Prospect Avenue, respectively; jailed in lieu of an additional $40,000 bail following his arraignment on Oct. 10.
Mustufah Talib Justice, 28, of State College; city police; possession with intent to deliver 537 grams of marijuana and possession of six pills of oxycodone in the 1000 block of Isabella Street on Sept. 14; released on $8,500 bail.
Fredrick Paul Latsch, 37, of 1923 W. Fourth St.; city police; possession with intent to deliver cocaine and delivery of cocaine to a confidential informant in the 2000 block of West Fourth Street in August and last month; released on $10,000 bail.
Wayne Andrew Wagner, 23, of Shamokin; city police; possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia in the 500 block of Washington Boulevard on Sept. 19; jailed that night on a probation violation and has since been recommitted in lieu of $1,500 bail.
