When motorist Jennifer Lynn Rash struck the curb in the 2500 block of Lycoming Creek Road, flattening two of her car's tires about 12:30 p.m. on Aug. 23, the 37-year-old Trout Run woman had a blood-alcohol level of .41, according to state police.
Rash, who already had been arrested for drunk driving on three previous occasions, had bloodshot and glassy eyes, Trooper Christine Fye wrote in court papers.
Rash had in her possession a Maryland driver's license, but it turned out to have been revoked, Fye said.
Charged with driving under the influence of intoxicants and related offenses, Rash has been sent a summons to appear before District Judge James H. Sortman.
