Chris Landrum, vice president of corporate programs for the Williamsport Outlaws, left, hands an oversized pair of scissors to Matt and Yvonne DiRocco, of Airmen Heating and Air Conditioning, before a ribbon cutting for Airmen Pond and the Williamsport Outlaws at Bowman Field Thursday. The Outlaws first match will be at 7:05 p.m. Wednesday, with open ice skating and skate rentals available. The Outlaws are expected to have their first practice either late tonight or early Saturday morning, depending on when the ice is ready. See Page C-3 in the Sports section for news about the Outlaws media day, which also was held Thursday.
