A Montoursville area woman has been charged with allegedly trying to steal a painting from an Old Lycoming Township garage, according to township police.
Julie Marie Fillman, 37, of 468 Route 864, has been charged with felony trespassing, criminal mischief, attempted burglary and attempted theft for trying to steal a painting from Vicki Derr's garage at 2226 Fox St., on Sept. 22, police said.
Following her arraignment last week before District Judge James H. Sortman, Fillman was released on $10,000 bail.
