Nikita Rebecka Valencia, 24, of 332 Campbell St., has been charged by state police with misdemeanor shoplifting after she was caught allegedly trying to leave Kmart, 1915 E. Third St., with merchandise of an unknown value on July 3.
Following her arraignment Tuesday before District Judge Gary A. Whiteman, Valencia was released on $5,000 bail.
