WELLSBORO - Nine people were sentenced in Tioga County Court this week.
According to court documents, one person was sentenced to state prison. He was:
Grover R. Melvin, 29, of Chester Hill, Ohio, 14 to 60 months, $1,500 fine, for DUI.
One person was sentenced to electronic monitoring/house arrest. He was:
Richard Poulin, 24, of Canton, six months of intermediate punishment, five days of electronic monitoring, probation, $300 fine, for DUI.
Two people were sentenced to probation. They were:
Scott J. Marshall, 20, of Knoxville, 15 months for simple assault.
James S. Mosso, 49, of Mansfield, 12 months for open lewdness, $100 fine, no contact with victim, no entering Nittany Minit Mart, Wellsboro.
Four people were sentenced to Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition. They were:
Krystan M. Sherman, 32, of Lawrenceville, 24 months for endangering the welfare of children by leaving a child unattended in a vehicle, and she must cooperate with the Department of Human Services.
Tylor S. Rumsey, 19, of Blossburg, 18 months for use and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Samantha Jo Destasio, 41, of Knoxville, six months for possession or use of display documents on a vehicle, allowing illegal use of plate/card.
Shannon L. Destasio, 41, of Knoxville, six months for possession or use of display documents on a vehicle, allowing illegal use of plate/card.
