Robert Anthony (Tony) Lugg died Oct. 20, 2012, in Wellsboro.
Visitation is 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at United Church of Nelson with memorial service at 2 p.m. on Saturday, and a gathering to follow the service at the Lugg-Kyofski home, 2712 Thornbottom Road, Nelson.
