MANSFIELD - Addam J. Zerbe, 18, of Pine Grove, was charged by Mansfield University police with disorderly conduct and underage drinking after police were dispatched to a report of an unresponsive intoxicated male in the lobby of the residence hall at 64 Morris Drive on Oct. 13.
Zerbe was found on one of the lounge couches and refused to give his name or tell police if he was visiting the university, according to documents filed at District Judge James Carlson's office. Instead, Zerbe said he might harm police or kill himself before "ratting them out." He also repeatedly told police his name was "13," police said.
He was released on $500 bail.
