Regarding, "Reported test scores for Southern Tioga high schools termed a 'mistake,'" on the front page of the Sun-Gazette, this is the height of incompetence on the part of Mr. Yarger! In an age in education when schools and school districts are judged almost exclusively by test scores, how dare the highest paid educational leader in the district "mistakenly" report the wrong scores -- and, then, try to spread the blame around to others! For months, Southern Tioga citizens have been questioning the accuracy of numbers related to a building project that we cannot afford. Can district students, parents, and taxpayers trust Mr. Yarger to take care of educational dollars when he can't take care of scores?
