WELLSBORO - Six people were sentenced in Tioga County Court this week.
According to court documents, one person was sentenced to state prison time.
He was Colt A. Turner, 27, of Lindsay, Okla., who will serve 12 months to five years for DUI and pay a $1,500 fine.
Three people were sentenced to county prison time. They were:
Cory I. George, 22, of Tioga, parole revoked for testing positive for drugs, resentenced to two to 12 months, $100 fine for theft.
Chyrl L. Bloom, 52, of Mansfield, one to 23 months for theft.
Ciera L. Bennett, 21, of Lawrenceville, five years intermediate punishment, 30 days in jail, credit for time served, 12 months probation, $200 fine for theft.
Two people were sentenced to probation. They were:
James D.?Akeley, 25, of Covington, 18 months, $150 fine, $166 in restitution to state police for resisting arrest.
Samantha J.?Aumick, 19, of Mansfield, 12 months accelerated rehabilitative disposition for theft and receiving stolen property
