Christopher John Waltz, 50, of 1150 Mount Royal Heights, is charged with simple assault and harassment for allegedly causing "a displaced fracture" in his wife's left arm.
The injury allegedly occurred during a disturbance at the couple's Loyalsock Township home about 8:30 p.m. Sunday, according to police said.
Waltz also allegedly slapped his wife, Tania C. Waltz, 45.
She was treated at the Williamsport Regional Medical Center, police said.
Following his arraignment before District Judge Allen P. Page III hours after the incident Waltz was released on $1,500 bail.
