A New York man is in custody for allegedly possessing marijuana and drug paraphernalia, city police said.
Marcus Walker, 19, of Peekskill, was arrested in the 2300 block of Newberry Street Aug. 6 and is also wanted on a bench warrant out of Philadelphia.
He was arraigned by District Judge Allen P. Page III and jailed in lieu of bail.
