QUIGGLEVILLE - St. Michael's Lutheran Church, 1877 St. Michael's Road, will hold a chicken and biscuit dinner from noon-2 p.m. Cost is $8 for adults and $4 for children.
Joe Murray Band in concert
TURBOTVILLE - The Joe Murray Band will perform at 6:30 p.m. at Zion Lutheran Church, 39 Paradise St. A free-will offering will be taken. At 5 p.m., prior to the gospel performance, Zion's Disaster Relief Team will hold a soup and sandwich meal in the church social hall. Cost is by donation.

Election day dinner
Holy Cross Orthodox Church, 1225 Holy Cross Lane, will hold its ninth annual election day dinner in the Orthodox Fellowship Center adjacent to the church off Northway Road in Loyalsock Township. Takeouts will be available from 3:30-4:30 p.m. with sit-down dining from 4:30-7 p.m. The dinner features homemade chicken potpie. Donation at the door is $8 adults and $4 children.

Prayer group to meet
JERSEY SHORE - The Prayer Group will meet at 11 a.m. at Phelps Chapel United Methodist Church, 68 Phelps Chapel Road. The church is off Pine Creek exit of Route 220.

HUGHESVILLE - Messiah-St. James Lutheran Church will hold a pork dinner at the Hughesville Fire Hall, 2 S. Railroad St., from 4-7 p.m. Cost is $9 for adults and $4 for children 6-12. There also will be a silent auction.
Spaghetti dinner
An authentic Italian spaghetti dinner will be held at St. Joseph the Worker Parish Fleming Center, 720 W. Fourth St. from 4-7 p.m. Cost is $8 in advance and $8.50 at the door for adults and $5 for children 10 and under). Children 4 and under eat free. Takeouts available. Former Korn guitarist to speak
LIBERTY - Grammy Award-winner Brian "Head" Welch, co-founder and former lead guitarist of the metal band Korn will share his story of life as a rock star, beating addiction and finding God through two identical experiences during the 9 and 11 a.m. services at Liberty Church, 8692 Route 414. Greenwood Valley Boys
TIVOLI - A blue grass concert featuring the Greenwood Valley Boys will be held at 2 p.m. at Tivoli United Methodist Church, three miles north of Picture Rocks on Route 220. A free-will offering will benefit the United Methodist Children's Home.
Choral Evensong set
A service of Choral Evensong will be held at Christ Episcopal Church, 426 Mulberry St., at 5 p.m. featuring the works of British composer John Rutter. The Christ Church choir will be led by Director of Music Allyn Landon. Philip Maue is the organist. A reception will follow.
Keep it Loud Tour
MILTON - Christ Wesleyan Church, 363 Stamm Road, will host the Keep It Loud Tour at 6 p.m. Featured bands are Fireflight, KJ-52, Spoken, 7eventh time down, Wavorly, and George Moss. Tickets are $13 in advance, $15 at the door, groups of 15 or more $10 and VIP $30.
Ken Davis in concert
A comedy concert event for the entire family featuring Ken Davis, with music by Spoken For, will be held at 6:30 p.m. at the Williamsport Area High School auditorium, 2990 W. Fourth St. The concert will benefit the Shepherd of the Streets ministry and is being coordinated by First United Methodist Church. Cost is $20 for preferred gold seating, $15 for advance tickets ($12 for groups of six or more in advance) and $20 at the door.
