Williamsport Sun-Gazette

JERSEY SHORE - Two area men face felony and misdemeanor charges for serving vodka to two teenage girls and then having sex with them, state police alleged in court papers.

The incident occurred between Sept. 22 and Sept. 28 at 51 Smith Court Circle, just off of Level Corners Road, in Piatt Township, where the two men, Michael Adehn Fultz and Wesley Holtsclaw, live, police said.

Fultz, 21, and Holtsclaw, 20, have been charged with aggravated indecent assault, statutory sexual assault, furnishing alcohol to minors and corrupting the morals of a minor.

"I know I messed up," Holtsclaw told District Judge Jerry C. Lepley during his arraignment Monday.

Already on probation for corrupting the morals of a minor, Holtsclaw was committed to the Lycoming County Prison in lieu of $50,000 bail.

Fultz was arraigned Wednesday before Lepley and released on $50,000 bail.
