Donovan Scott Peterson, 21, of 413 Louisa St., has been charged with misdemeanor shoplifting for allegedly stealing $132 worth of merchandise from Kohl's, 251 William St., on Oct. 22, 2011, city police said. It was his second shoplifting charge.
Peterson, jailed recently on a probation violation, was arraigned before District Judge Jon E. Kemp and recommitted to the Lycoming Prison in lieu of $1,500 bail.
