WELLSBORO - Katie L. Keene, 25, of 508 E. Main St., Knoxville, was charged by state police with delivery of a controlled substance Dec. 2, 2008, to an undercover officer on Clinton Street.
According to documents filed with District Judge James Carlson, she was charged with delivering two ounces of marijuana to a confidential informant for $700.
On Dec. 8 she sold a quarter ounce for $100 and on Dec. 23, she sold an eighth ounce for $55, police said.
She also was charged with possession of marijuana on all three dates.
She was released on $10,000 bail and her preliminary hearing set for Wednesday.
