JERSEY SHORE - In a plea agreement before District Judge Jerry C. Lepley, Jeffery Lynn Bowers, 53, of 1220 Allegheny St., pled guilty to harassment after Tiadaghton Valley Regional Police withdrew charges of simple assault, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness.
The charges stem from Bowers allegedly assaulting Paul Beamer in the 1200 block of Allegheny Street on Oct. 20, police said. Bowers made arrangements to pay $300 in fines and court costs.
