David Allen Johnson, 35, of 1911 Lincoln Drive, has been charged by city police with rape and sexual assault for allegedly raping an intoxicated woman inside a Spruce Street home during the early morning hours of Oct. 7, 2011.
Following his recent arraignment before District Judge Allen P. Page III, Johnson was released on $25,000 bail.
