Chelsi Lynn Kelley and Todd Andrew Kremser were united in marriage Saturday, May 26, 2012.
The Rev. Stewart Scott III officiated at the ceremony held on a private beach at Sugar Bay Resort, St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands.
A local celebration was held following the couple's return home at the Durrwachter Alumni Conference Center on the Lock Haven University campus.

The bride is the daughter of Linda and Robert Kelley, Renovo. She graduated from Central Mountain High School, Mill Hall, in 2003 and from the physician assistant program at Lock Haven University in 2008. She is employed by Geisinger Medical Clinic, Lock Haven, as a family practice physician assistant. She also is employed by Jersey Shore Hospital in the emergency department.
Kremser is the son of Brenda and Todd Kremser, Montoursville. He graduated from Montoursville Area High School in 2004 and from Lock Haven University in 2009. He is employed by United Rentals Inc., State College.
Maid of honor was Jennifer Mills, cousin of the bride.
Best man was Kyle Kremser, Montoursville, brother of the bridegroom.
The couple is residing in Dunnstown.
