Ernest S. Flick, formerly of Williamsport, passed away Friday, Nov. 2, 2012, at ManorCare Health Services, North, where he was a resident.
He was born June 18, 1919, in Sandy Ridge, Pa., a son of James and Cathrine Kearney Flick.
Ernest was a World War II Army veteran, retired from Textron and was a life member of the DuBoistown V.F.W.

He was predeceased by grandson, Kyle; five brothers and a sister.
Ernest is survived by his wife, the former Leora D. Kizer, with whom he would have celebrated 71 years of marriage on Nov. 22; a son, Gary E. (Carol) Flick of Morrisville, Pa.; a daughter, Bonnie L. (Earl Jr.) Dame of Trout Run; five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
A private family funeral service will be held 1:30 p.m. Monday, Nov. 5, 2012, at Spitler Funeral Home, 733 Broad St., Montoursville.
