Jerald J. Chrapek, 73, of Williamsport, died Thursday, Nov. 1, 2012, at the Williamsport Regional Medical Center.
Born Dec. 29, 1938, in Williamsport, he was a son of Paul and Mary Chopick Chrapek.
Jerald was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He retired from Textron after 30 years of employment. He was a member of the Polish Club and the VFW no. 844.

He is survived by his children, Christie Marchese of Williamsport, Cynthia Aikey of S.C., Cheryl Chrapek of Williamsport; six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Paul Chrapek.
In keeping with Jerald's wishes there will be no viewing or services.
