Eva Marie Follmer, infant daughter of Joel David and Vanessa Marie Guthrie Follmer, was born and died on Nov. 2, 2012.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by sister, Kira Follmer; maternal grandparents, Charles Jr. and Sandy Guthrie; great-grand parents, Paul and Nancy Feaster; uncle, Chad (Tara) Charles; aunt, Jen Bucio; cousin, Emily Bucio; paternal grandparents, Dale A. and Donna Follmer; great-grandparents, Ralph and Elizabeth Follmer; uncles, Chad, Ryan (Jessica) and Justin (Francesca) Follmer; and aunt, Natalie Follmer.
A private service will be held at the convenience of the family.
